My first visit with Dr. Mikita went very well and everyone in the office was great too. It appears UPMC made a great choice in finding me a dermatologist. Two thumbs up!
I made a mistake and thought my appointment was at 8:00am but it was at 7:45. I walked in the door at 7:58 and was told I had to reschedule over a month later. I have been going to UPMC for my whole families medical care and have had the utmost patience with every office visit where I have waited and waited to be seen. I had a pressing and worrying condition and expressed how I really needed to be seen earlier and there was no option to be seen. I am very disappointed.
