Seriously phenomenal! I brought my toddler to my appointment and all the staff were so patient and helpful to us! At one point while one person helped me figure out how to prepare for a treatment, two others got on my son’s level and played with him so I could focus on what they were saying. (And the actual dermatology care is fantastic too) Dr. Lopez and his team are great!

Disorganized office, rude doctors. Was forced to cancel an appointment in January due to Dr. Thompson being hours - that's right, hours - late to the office. I had already paid, the office said they would follow up to reschedule and apply the payment to the next appointment. Never followed up. Called for another appointment in May since I hadn't heard from them and because one of the meds Dr. Thompson prescribed me was giving me a reaction. I’m not even a patient and I had a bad experience, so definitely listen to the other reviewers. I called to get a new patient dermatology appointment. When the girl answered the phone she already seemed like she hates her job by the way she greeted with an attitude. I asked if they are accepting new patients with MPC. She said yes but I need a referral. While she is typically correct on that, with my specific state insurance I do not need one nor have I ever in the 4 years I’ve had it.
