I waited 3 weeks to get a new patient appt with Dr. Marla Ross. On the day of my appt I waited for 35 minutes after the start time to be called back (even though I was 10 min early). The doctor spent 8 minutes in the room with me and was clearly rushing, even though my appt was supposed to be 30 min. I asked her to do a simple mole check and she stated that she did not have time. I understand that doctors get busy, but it is unfair to spend 8 minutes in the room and then say you are out of time.
