I’d like to give a shoutout to Barbara from the billing department. My Insurance was asking me for some paper work from them so I called. She listened to what I had to say, and even though there was a contradiction in her notes and what the insurance company said to me. Rather than just leave it in my hands, she called them right away and got the issue resolved. Made life so much simpler.
