This was the worst doctor appointment I have ever had! I don't want other people to go through what I went through, so, I will tell you what happened to me. I paid my $50 co-payment, as I always do, when seeing a specialist doctor. When I asked at the front desk if there would be any additional charges for me to pay - the girl at the front desk said "no!!" I went in because of a slight rash on my forehead. Do not come here without insurance. The cost to visit for an uninsured patient is $75. It will cost more if you agree to do lab work on your skin condition. For me it cost $75 for the unisured patient fee, $400 for the doctor visit, and $2300 for lab work on my biopsy. I did not know the total for the one visit until they billed me twice after one month. Scammers – DO NOT GO TO THlS DERMATOLOGlST OR ANYONE lN THlS ASSOClATlON!!! My husband and i both had issues with the doctors being dishonest. i had an abnormal mole removed there and they did a biopsy on it. The doctor had me come in for a follow up appointment and advised me that i would have to have surgery to have more tissue removed because they said there were more abnormal cells in that area on my skin. i asked if it was something that i had to have done because i was pregnant at the time and did not feel comfortable ... read more
Dr. Cattell is the BEST – I have gone to Dr. Cattell in both his Ann Arbor and Plymouth offices and I think he is the BEST Dermatologist ever. I have been very happy with the professional care both Dr Cattell and his staff have given me. I would highly recommend Dr. Cattell to anyone and everyone. He is very knowledgeable with skin cancer and is a Mohs surgeon so he can take care of all of my concerns right in his office. My friend has been to him also for Botox and Restylane with excellent results. THANK YOU Dr. CATTELL!!!!
