My first consultation with Dr. Halper went well. However, reaching their customer service department to schedule an appointment with an aesthetician took multiple phone call attempts before anyone picked up. Billing hung up on me when I tried to reach them, but I called back and they finally answered my question. I hope my appointment with the aesthetician goes well. I just called to get a prescription filled so I hope it’s received by my pharmacy.
HIgh cost, unnecessary services. Beware they charge over 127% higher then the allowed amounts by insurance companies (Blue Cross). $353 for 15 min office visit!
I am reviewing the front desk ladies, because there are negative reviews here. The present front desk ladies, Denise and Olga, have been hired to replace the ladies that others have reviewed. Denise and Olga could not be nicer or more helpful. I went in feeling a bit anxious because I did not have an appointment; wanted to drop off a biopsy yadda yadda and felt it was not routine and might make the front desk people irritable. Not at all.
