Saw Dr. Howard years ago and I did not feel like I was given the appropriate attention. I have adult acne and explained I had been on an antibiotic for years and it did nothing. He insisted I go on it again after being shocked I was on it for years. He also tried to upsell me on their in house esthetician services which were (obviously) not covered by insurance and very, very expensive. I did not return.
I’m writing because I saw a younger PA who prescribed me Skyrizi for my psoriasis. I was told the medication would cost me $5 co pay. I had a terrible reaction to it. So I’m no longer taking it. The pharmacy they referred me to Accredo has threatened to bring my $8,755.00 medication cost to legal. They tried to charge my credit card they kept on file again after I told them 3 times I’m not taking the medication. I used to have bad acne and they really helped. After a while my self esteem became better :) I highly recommend this dermatologist I feel comfortable in my own skin now.
The office was clean, but I was not impressed by the care I was given at Dermatology Associates of FCM. The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, unfortunately I did not feel the same warmth with Michelle. I came in with a rash and wanting to find out what was going on. I started to explain to Michelle what was going on, and instead of listening and letting me finish she went about looking at areas of my skin that were not of a concern to me.
