Not happy with outcome of Mohs on nose done in Sept. Looks like a dent in my nose and still see where stitches were. To me looks like a Spider on my nose. Very disappointed when he said it would be just a small line! One on my arm got infected. Just not happy with outcome at all.
Refused to take me as a client due to Medicare and the deductables. Refused MEDICARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless I pay $185.00 ahead of the visit. Plus pay for the visit. My hands and body are eaten up with exzema. THEY WOULD NOT SEE ME DUE TO MEDICARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I can say is God will give them the same experience one day. I was treated AWFUL! As we age we need doctors more then before. We don't try to go if we can avoid it. Karma is a thing that will hit them. Treating Seniors this way!

Received poor level of care, follow up appointment changed 4 times then the day before my appointment office called to bump me up another month...I said no thanks then they could conveniently see me on the scheduled day an hour later. Doctor not engaged...prescription declined by insurance/pharmacy contacted doctor to advise and see if he wanted to discuss with company or provide optional medication.....3 weeks later no response. Then received a co-pay invoice for file up appointment?!$...I'm DONE!!!!!!!!

Dr. James M. Polo was absolutely top notch in surgically removing my cancer as well as providing me all the information to my questions right away. It was a GREAT TOUCH to call me that night to ensure all was going well and to answer any other questions I may have after leaving his facility.
