Dr. Rivkin is always wonderful. He's smart, smart, reallly smart and very accommodating especially to nervous wrecks like me. He takes the time to understand your concerns and is just plain kind. He never rushes, he really looks you over carefully. I highly recommend him.
I can totally see WHY Dr Rivkin has such a successful Practice. Idk about the complainers other than they just look to complain... I'm a person who SEEKS great Docs and Dr Rivkin is at the TOP of my list! He's smart, funny, thorough and caring. As a competitive tennis player, I've been LUCKY enough to have him care for my sun-baked skin for the last 40 years (I'm 77). He also has a terrific, efficient and friendly staff and the in-house surgeon he uses for Moe's surgery left NO scar on my notsopretty face!! Amazing. Always.
Dr. Rivkin has been my dermatologist for over 10 years. Not only is he a fantastic physician, but he's a really wonderful person who cares about getting to know each of his patients. Despite being such a popular dermatologist, I never feel like he rushes through his visits with me. On the contrary, he's always happy to see me and takes time to check in and hear updates on my life. Dr. Rivkin is a master class in bedside manner. He is thoughtful, kind and curious. He cares about his patients immensely and in addition to providing consistently excellent medical care, he truly gets to know each patient as a person. I've been seeing Dr. Rivkin as a patient for over twenty years and feel incredibly lucky to be under his care.
