Very disappointing experience at the Berkeley location. My husband and I are both patients of Helen Chodsky and this clinic, usually for medical care. This was my first cosmetic treatment with them. I paid $450 for Botox, and after the treatment I was told to contact the clinic if I had any issues. The area between my eyebrows did not work at all, so I contacted them, only to be told I would have to pay the same amount again to correct it. I’ve struggled with a skin disease for over a decade and have had difficulty getting it under control. Dr. Tina Kinsley has been nothing but kind, respectful, responsive, caring, and an amazing doctor.
