From the front desk to the doctor I saw I was treated very graciously. My procedure was explained in detail before starting and the doctor was so friendly it was over before I knew it. I would recommend this group of professionals to anyone needing a dermatologist.
Shelley Hilton is excellent . She is personable, cheerful and very professional. It is always a good experience. My only suggestion is to get back to the online scheduling option as in the past

Had an appointment at 10:20, evidently the doctor called out for the day. They said are you not signed up for the text message Notifications? I was never asked to sign up. But I do get the emails and I confirmed my appointment. I guess they didn’t think to call to tell me my appointment was canceled today. I said can you squeeze me in, it’s hard for me to take off from work, etc. They were not accommodating at all- made it seem like this was all my fault. They said yes we can squeeze you in at 11:10. I switched to see Ruth and it's a night and day experience, she actually listens. I was going to change offices because it had been such a negative experience in the past, but now that I'm seeing Ruth I'm going to stay. I highly recommend her!
