From check in to check out & everyone in-between was a pleasant experience. I have seen Diana Ball several times & she is very thorough & pleasant each time. Not part of the review, but I wish that the front could wear something other than black scrubs. So drab. Just my opinion. Still going to this office and my review is the same. Wonderful staff and Diana Ball is still very thorough with a delightful personality. I'm relieved that she finds pre-cancer and cancer cells early so that they are not a bigger issue later.
Very well satisfied with the way everything looks very little pain and I am healing great . Loved the way they worked as a team and made everything go so smoothly this is my husband and myself talking .This will be my 4 or 5 time going to Dermatology Associaties I've been very satisfied every time there's almost no scaring and if you do what you're told no scaring I will continue to trust all the staff with this business .
NP Denise Whitfield came in and examined the areas of concern and me what was going on and told what the plan of treatment was going to be, highly recommend her.
I had a Great experience, very good people there, and they work fast to help you !
I saw Courtney in the aesthetics/cosmetic side of the office but for a medically necessary reason. She was very sweet but very professional. I have to have a procedure done every 3 to 4 mos for facial paralysis. She took the time to examine everything and make sure she had everything just right before starting. I felt very comfortable and not nervous at all.
