I'm not happy that my prescription pre-auth was sent to an AI system. It's been 4 days since prescribed and I still can't pick up my medicine. It's the weekend now, so I won't be able to get my medicine until monday, 6 days after being prescribed. I feel like I am not a priority in their "system". Is it really that hard to have the doctors do their prescription pre-authorizations? The time this has taken is very concerning. And I don't want my medical information fed to an AI system.
