RecommendedI’m a little disappointed. I was scheduled on 3/31/20 for 1:30pm. Due to the Pandemic financial difficulties have affected everyone. So, I thought I had 2 insurances on file so therefore I was not asked for a co-pay. Now, on my appointment I was asked to pay a co-pay and, plus prior payments. They were not able to allow me to see the Dr. due to none payment. And, I was asked to reschedule. No explanation of my benefits. And,!no billing later to allow me to see the Dr. so,I was pretty upset.
