Lindsey Sampo, Physician Assistant with Dermatology Assoc of Fayetteville, NY, provided me with the best care (over the past 3 years) I ever experienced over decades of care with approx a dozen under other dermatologists, while living in several different localities, with my long history of skin problems, (which started back in the 1970s – 50 years ago) including skin cancer and operations & procedures and now improved conditions are very encouraging. I prefer her care above any of the those other Dermatologists.

Most inefficient practice Ive seen We arrived 25 minutes early to our appointment. Our appt was 2:10 pm. At 2:30 I asked the most unfriendly receptionist, when we were going in. She said we were next. 10 minutes later, we got a room . 10 minutes later, I popped my head out to ask how much longer as I had a 4pm appt to make. Great Staff I know most people only take the time to write about a place when they are dissatisfied, and that's why I don't read many. I have decided to pay kudos to the staff at Dermatology Associates. I did wait awhile for my appointment when I arrived, but the care my son received was excellent. He had a biopsy at the same visit and we were so happy with Lindsey Sampo. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Great office My daughter was seen for her acne. The person she saw was wonderful. She took the time to explain things to her and gave different treatment options. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!!

Derm I called today to make an appointment for my daughter... the woman I spoke with on the phone about her condition was extremely helpful and comforting, making her an appointment with their next available spot. I am looking forward to going back and furthering our care with their office!

Love this place! I have been going there for years and have always had good experiences each visit. The receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. I never wait long to be called or once I'm in the room. I have an overwhelming amount of moles and they are always thorough and follow up with any concerns. I have also had the facial treatments and the ladies are very nice. They explain each step and have also given me samples to leave there with for treatment afterwards. I would highly recommend this place.

Very Gisgusted My husband and I have an appointment with this group this coming Friday and to be honest I am very disgusted by them already. My father needed to be seen by a dermatologist and when I tried to make an appointment for him, they accepted him and then while I was talking to the male receptionist, while I was scheduling his appointment they canceled it! The nursing staff from his doctor at the VA called and tried to get him an appointment and they also refused to see him. I called to complain and the nurse I spoke... read more

Worst dermatologist office ever!! This office does not care about their patients!! My daughter has been going here and they have not done a thing for her acne. Cannot get in to talk to doctor. They won't put you on a wait list. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
