Great experience. Doctor Stano was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, I never felt rushed or silly when asking questions, and I had many. Explained everything clearly so I left feeling confident with the plan.
Sarah Stano is not competent! I came in 01.16.2026 with a flare-up of an autoimmune condition (Urticaria). She prescribed petroleum jelly for my lips and a cream that should not be used for Urticaria. I had to take emergency measures myself. I developed swelling of my throat and tongue and was unable to breathe.
Disastrous communication from these people. You can call them three times, five times, a thousand times, and it won't make any difference: you won't get a call back, perhaps for having committed the terrible offense of trying to give them your money. I'll take my business elsewhere where it's appreciated.
