Called to ask a simple question, following up on my in office visit the day before. Before I had the sentence out of my mouth, I was transferred to the medical side. Once there, transferred to the visit side (has nothing to do with question.) Once there, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes while "she checked my file." Finally gave up. Frustration in lack of customer service
I love this place! Dr. Ofodile targeted my skin from the inside out as I was experiencing melasma and within a couple of weeks it was back to normal. The staff is amazing & always willing to answer questions & give advice. I use the Isdin Photo Sunisdin Vitamins. They are great. Don’t know how Ivedone without them all these years. I can tell a difference in my skin almost immediately if I run out so I make it my business to never run out again. Highly recommend!

I've been seeing PA, Chason Worthy, at the Marietta location for many years and I couldn't be happier with the level of service from everyone there.
Very disappointed with this practice. Billed me months after visit for procedures I did not know I had. I sent in 3 payments, now they are sending threatening letters to report me to collection. I guess the $1500.00 I paid the day I left was not enough Will not go back. I was warned about this practice but went because it was close to home. Will drive extra distance to use new practice. And to boot not happy with results. BEWARE
