Called to ask a simple question, following up on my in office visit the day before. Before I had the sentence out of my mouth, I was transferred to the medical side. Once there, transferred to the visit side (has nothing to do with question.) Once there, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes while "she checked my file." Finally gave up. Frustration in lack of customer service
I love this place! Dr. Ofodile targeted my skin from the inside out as I was experiencing melasma and within a couple of weeks it was back to normal. The staff is amazing & always willing to answer questions & give advice. I use the Isdin Photo Sunisdin Vitamins. They are great. Don’t know how Ivedone without them all these years. I can tell a difference in my skin almost immediately if I run out so I make it my business to never run out again. Highly recommend!
