Even though my insurance card said that my co-pay was $40, they told me that is was $50, and I had to pay it to be seen. I called and spoke with who claimed to be the billing and insurance manager and she said that I would have to wait until my insurance paid until I get my $10 refund. I don't care if it was $0.01, I was overcharged. This isn't right. She went on to say that her computer said that my co-pay was $50.
