Made their phone system AI and it's impossible to navigate. Hangs up on you randomly. This is the worst way to treat patients who have waited months for an appointment with you. Shame on you for letting robots manage people who are already suffering.
People were very nice. Exam was thorough. All my questions were answered. They asked me for any questions I had several times to be sure I had mine answered. My issues were explained to me and treated after explaining my options. I was very impressed and happy with this first visit. I will be a long term patient as are other members of my immediate family. I also signed up for their patient portal and made my next appointment.
