I have been a happy patient of Dr Curtis for over 10 years, I even kept going after I moved 40 minutes away. She truly cares about her patients as people and takes time to hear your questions and gives thorough advice and options. She’s helped me with both medical problems and cosmetic treatments. I’m a long time patient of Amy Curtis, but I briefly switched to another provider due to her specializing in the treatments I needed. This office always gave me the run around with insurance, and I was always having to call my insurance myself, which the insurance co said I was basically doing the office’s job. The space is beautiful and in general, the people are nice. The experience with Amy Curtis was a bit traumatic though. I was talking to her about the sunspots on my forehead and what my options were and she just came over and started zapping them. She never consented. She never said anything first. I thought she was just looking at them and then bam. I wasn't even done asking all my questions to see what I wanted to do first. It was very rude and honestly I was a bit traumatized in the moment.
