I had a great experience at Dr mark Willoughby ‘s office. Had a quick eval to have him review a suspicious mole I had on my scalp. He was quick and efficient and explained things simply. Luckily it was benign and no treatment was needed.
Great experience from Dr Willoughby and his entire staff during recent PDT laser treatment for face and lips from Sun damage ! Dr W was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and efficient! Highly recommend! Thank you 🙏
My husband was seen today by Willoughby and we had a very good experience! Gabby at the front desk was professional and friendly, Melissa brought us to the room and also was friendly and courteous! Dr. Willoughby was very professional. He explained everything we were concerned about and did two quick procedures efficiently and effectively! Can’t recommend them more highly!!!
I would give zero stars if I could. I went in with a lesion on my head that wouldn't heal so I suspected it to be skin cancer. He spends 2 seconds looking at it and says it's not skin cancer and gave me a steroid shot and said to come back after 2 months if it didn't heal. It didn't heal so I seen another dermatologist that immediately requested a biopsy, it was skin cancer. I will never go to this dermatologist again who can't even have the decency to take the time to do a biopsy and dismissed my concerns of skin cancer. It... read more
