I was really disappointed with my experience with Dr. Beach. There’s something particularly frustrating about seeking out representation and going in with the hope that, because you’re seeing someone who looks like you, there will be a level of understanding and consideration that you may not always get elsewhere. Highly disappointing and unprofessional. After waiting three months, my appointment with Dr. Sheila Wang lasted barely five minutes. I felt rushed, dismissed, and left with zero clarity on my condition. Most alarmingly, photos were taken of me on a phone (not sure if it was a business or personal cellphone) without any explanation or consent regarding data privacy. Professional service, followed up with concerns with additional appointment and advice. Dr. Beach was friendly, listened to what I wanted and talked me through the procedure.
I waited 2 months for this consult, then 1h30 in the waiting room, and the consult didn't last more than 5min. Between the booking and the actual consult, I managed my symptoms myself but had other concerns and kept my appointment, which the doctor didn't really seemed to care since they weren't on the FD referral. I can’t recommend Dr. Eshtiaghi enough! I actually meant to write this review after my appointment back in February, but it completely slipped my mind. I’ve been Dr. Eshtiaghi’s patient for the past year, and it’s been amazing. She’s helped me with my skin concerns and my palmar hyperhidrosis.
