My treatment was done over a year ago and satisfactorily resolved. The staff after receiving my insurance payments from Medicare and my secondary insurance payment never contacted me about the $128.05 that I still owed for the treatment. After one year Sanova turned my balance over to a collection agency and when I was notified by them the other day I paid my balance in full. Sanova had my address and phone number but never notified me of the charge. Sanova Dermatology beware of who you hire.
Sanova Dermatology is by far the greatest ever! Professional but extremely friendly. I use Daniel A. Carrasco, MD. I wouldn’t go to another dermatologist unless I absolutely and I mean absolutely had to. He’s extremely thorough. Explains everything in simple terms. He looks you over to make sure your skin is healthy. He’s looking for something that could potentially be bad not something he can remove to make extra money.
