Very professional and friendly. I always get in in time and never have to wait .
Went to Dermaclinique at the discretion of my GP and not only was I not disappointed, I was thoroughly impressed. From the outside, the building doesnt seem like much, just a regular little building on MLK with a fresh sign out front. However, on the inside is a beautiful office thats far more reminiscent of a luxury day spa than a doctor’s office. Everyone in the office was very nice including PA Taylor Horner however, our appointment lasted less than 5-minutes and she prescribed treatments that are not even indicated or recommended for my condition. Additionally, after speaking to the office manager about my concerns, I was told they would call back in 1-2 weeks. It has been well over a month with no response. Overall, very disappointed in the money and time wasted coming here.
