I’ve been coming to Dermace for a few years and previously saw Gabby, whose service I really appreciated. I was seeing good results from my laser treatments. However, I was not informed that she had left and was instead booked with Sinead. The clinic lacks basic communication—there’s effectively no responsive front desk. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now because I’ve had such a consistently amazing experience with Sinead. I’ve done so many laser hair removal sessions with her that genuinely every visit has been great. Sinead made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the process. She takes the time to really listen to you. She checks in with you throughout the session, and makes sure you’re doing okay constantly. I've been going to Sinead for my Laser Hair Removal sessions since September and the experience has been amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable, and always makes sure I understand the process, which I appreciate. Sinead always makes me feel comfortable during my sessions, and nothing ever feels awkward or rushed. She's a pleasure to chat with, which makes the experience ever better. I highly recommend Sinead if you are looking for someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and welcoming vibe!
