I've had a fantastic experience at Dermace Laser Clinic, especially with Rebecca and the Vitality Laser treatment. Have had a great experience with this clinic throughout. Have previously had extremely bad results with laser - from it not working at all to it resulting in more hair growth. Their technology works well for brown skin. And realised that the technician matters equally as the technology. Rebecca has paid great attention to the areas that require more effort and does a great job at understanding and personalising the treatment. Getting good results till now with Laser Hair removal.
Only good things about this clinic. Simona and her staff are knowledgeable and wonderful. If I could leave 100 stars, I would. Super clean, organized processes, efficient and kind staff. Special recognition to Nurse Maggie!
Very disappointing experience. I had my treatment yesterday, and the service was far below my expectations. The staff were not welcoming, I felt rushed, and there was very little care or explanation throughout the procedure. I left feeling unhappy and regretted choosing this clinic. Customer service is just as important as the treatment itself, and unfortunately this clinic failed in both.
