The receptionist is extremely rude from start to finish. I wrote it off as a bad day but during my second visit she was just as rude. The assistant and nurse are both back handed and passive aggressive in the way they speak. I paid $250 plus tax for a facial that lasted about 20 minutes. I was told I could leave the clinic with no down time after the facial but I had walked out completely orange. Dr. Wong listens, highly intelligent and solved the issues with a rash i had on my arm. Did tests to confirm what it was, treated it and the rash is gone. With one appointment I was there just to be seen by the nurse but I had questions and Dr. Wong took time to see me, answer my questions and address my concerns. He is very busy and I am truly grateful that I didnt have to wait months to see him. I had my appointment in less than a week. The nurse who performed the biopsy made it painless and was very professional.
Terrible experience!!! Dr Sajic and his assistant Christy is a thug! They took 6000+ dollars for sculptra, refused to show what he was injecting(could be plain saline and I don’t know what) in my face!! I have his clinic bill to share if anyone’s interested. This was the price given for three sculptra vials n 2 radiesse vials. Nurse and doctors were pleasant and explained the procedure well. This was private pay and I was not given details of pricing even when I asked. The cost ended up being 3 times what I was initially quoted. Had this not been medically necessary I would have waited months for the OHIP paid service. The receptionist was very rude and dismissive.
