it's a scam & they continue to charge you $89 for each product. SCAM!!! and no 1 seems to know how to get our names off & stop taking our money

It appears this company has a track record in defrauding people and it needs to be exposed on NBC, CBS and ABC for illegal practices. I will begin proceedings...I am sure 20/20 would be looking for a story like this one. Be back shortly
They are cheats .They charged shipment for free trial twice while as authorisation was once only and thereafter charged my card after two weeks two charges of 84 dollars each despite cancellations of order without authorisation.had to block the card and have exchanged 100 odd mails with them but no refund coming through.they are the biggest cheats I have ever seen.product is horrible causes skin allergy and ended up spending 500 dollars in getting cured. Do not deal with them or share your credit card on their portal.
HORRIBLE AND SCAM .... they advertised 4.95 for a product ... never ever ever stated it was a trial and that after 14 days you would be charged 89.95 for it ... UGH, the cream is shit water placebo and i'm out 89.95 x2 because i wanted to try the serum AND cream thinking that it was worth $4.95 to try ... they never stated either that if you didn't cancel and return the item in a certain amount of time, you would be charged .... ALSO, i ordered it on the 18th, i got it on the 2nd and they charged me on the 3rd ...
Don't waste your money on this product!, The owners are THIEVES and LIARS! , The "President" ,of this company, stole $100 from MY Grampa Phil, (his wifis own father), when he was sick , in the Ambulance, and blamed it on the paramedics! , (probably to go to the CASINO!), The same way he would STEAL money from my Grandma , to go Gamble !! Of course, his WIFE, Esther's Lee probably knew too,She's just as SORRY as he is! Ya!, THAT'S ARight!, You BOTH know, what you did!, and what kind of persons you are!
This company appears to be a scam .do not except the free month supply they will remove payment of 89.00 from your account in two weeks the person I talked to was very rude and tried to hang up on me several times. When I tried calling back they kept hanging up! Do not buy this product!
If you have any concerns about the accountability of this company they have been nothing but excellent. It appears a company in China got a hold of the name which has cause many problems for them. They are still working on clearing it all up so please be patient. If you call and speak with J Rickman, 505-888-1789, you will see for yourself he is a man of his word. Give him another chance. Derma Life Lotion is the best product you can use for any skin problems and more.
