This place is so unprofessional the little girls that answer the phone is very rude and just always put you on hold and I had been on hold like 5 times then they finally pickup and hang up on me as well then I have to keep calling back then when I finally get through they want to act even more childish not transfer me to a supervisor and leave me on hold even more. Dr Warren is great!!
Only come here if you want to deal with incompetent staff. When scheduling an appointment for my son, I asked if they accept Medicaid and was told yes. Got on the schedule, waited weeks for the appointment, drove an hour and a half to the appointment only to be told oh we accept Medicaid just not THAT Medicaid plan. Then they say they can still see him if we pay OOP, BUT not at our 9 am time we showed up for, we’d have to come at a different time. Make it make sense?! I’m currently sitting in the waiting room as I type this. My son’s appointment was at 8:45am. I arrived on time & he didn’t get seen until almost 2 hours later!!! The waiting room was also becoming overly crowded with no where to sit! If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly WOULD. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. I also had to call into my job & let them know I’d be out longer than expected, which is ultimately cutting into MY paycheck. It’s not a bad place to come in but they can do better. I have called multiple times for questions and it took a few days for them to pick up the phone. Other than that coming in they treat you good and doctors does his best to help
