Terrible experience, showed up for my appointment and the doors was locked. I rescheduled for the next day and showed up for my appointment and the doors were locked again! I wasted an hour each day coming up here for nothing had to reschedule again, gas and time ain’t cheap!
A referral from my husband's doctor is what brought us to this facility. We took the day off after their office called to set up the appointment. We even arrived early to allot enough time to fill out new patient paperwork. We arrived, gave insurance cards and waited only to be told that there was an issue with our insurance but she would reschedule and by then it all should be worked out.
