I am always pleased with the service and attention I get with y'all. Everyone is courteous, the office is spotless and it feels like a welcoming mom and pop place. Dr Dercash is always thorough in his examinations. He is pleasant and professional. In addition he must understand the importance of having a professional and dedicated staff. He must take the hiring process very serious because the staff has always been a pleasure to deal with which can be difference between a good experience and a bad one regardless of how good the doctor may be. Always excellent service. Just forgot to follow up on some white spots we had noticed last visit and I also forgot. I guess maybe a highlighted note to discuss next visit should be included. The office is always prompt with their appointments and the staff is awesome. The hygienist is thorough and professional in her care. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. After the Zoom whitening procedure, my teeth looked great! The staff was very accommodating and concerned about my comfort. Continually asked me if I needed I needed a pillow since is was sitting in the same position for over an hour. Once I went outside and looked at my teeth in the daylight, I was amazed! Awesome job!!!
