The nurse was very accomodating and professional, explained every thing, Dr Derkash, was wonderful, and also was very professional. The entire stuff treats you with professionalism and courtesy at it's BEST! The dreadful thoughts about fillings or any other procedures disappearing the moment you entering their office by the way you are treated. They know how to make you feel good and welcomed! I can't imagine anything else that could be improved. Personally I don't mind a long drive (about 40 Miles) to their practice as a trade off for excellent care provided. Dr. Derkasch is very professional and easy to deal with. His staff is wonderful, particularly Pam, who is a terrific dental hygienist. She is friendly, caring and incredibly sensitive to discomfort.
