I AM CONFIDENT THAT EVEN THEIR DEALERS ARE NOT THRILLED AND THEY HAVE SPECIAL WAYS TO GET THRU. DEB UHRBERG'S REVIEW SAYS IT ALL. After speaking with tech support at Derive Systems. They were very supportive and help me resolve my problem with the SCT software. Thank you for your assistance.
I would not recommend any of these products. First, we purchased a GT. The first delivery was a used product missing components. They sent the missing components, but the unit itself was unreliable and we could not keep a secure connection between the device and the port on the truck. It was intermittent and wouldn't allow programming even when holding the plug to the device. Krysta was helpful and she is the only positive in this experience. Had a problem placing an order using my iPhone. Apparently, the order went through 3 times but the payment never authorized. I sent an email and received a quick reply the next day from Krysta resolving the issue and waiving the shipping cost. Class act! Would not hesitate doing business with Derive Systems again and I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family!
Impossible to get a hold of on the phone for help with their products. I keep getting "we are out to lunch" or "We are in a company wide meeting". Shouldnt have to reach out 4 different days for support.
