Bought washer and dryer in Feb. Washer was loud when spinning. Informed them of it and no action. Washer quit working last week. No response to multiple messages left. Had independent repair company look at it. Said any washer that makes loud noises while spinning is in need of repair and (because repair wasn’t initially done when I got it), the washer now would be too costly to repair. I do NOT recommend Derik or his wife Amanda or their company.
will not follow up with contacts email or phone calls. purchased w/d 2-9 had to exchange washer within 2 weeks. called.on replacement and was told would be there next day on 2-27 called again 3-5 left mess. still needed washer repair no response left mess. washer is not working and burning rubber asked for repl. or repair or resolution..tried to lv a mess. mail box full....No response as of yet
