From reception to My Doctor and pharmacy, are very kind and patient! I love the esthetics, and this facility is very clean!
Always a frustrating experience with checking in. They want you to sign a dozen forms for each visit. Not efficient. Received poor treatment plan and wrong diagnosis twice. Both times, I had to get a second opinion elsewhere. The medical staff had good bedside manners and you don't feel rushed. We stopped going to this place after several visits. You never see an actual physician.
All the personal that I delt with were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
