I had an amazing experience at Derrick Dermatology. The dermatologist ( Jennifer Hensley) made me feel comfortable from the moment she walked in. She was friendly, professional, and offered to perform my removals during the same visit, which I greatly appreciated. Check in was very easy. Appointment ran on time. Everything with my appt was very efficient. The Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Everyone l met with.treated me and my complaint with respect, prescribed medication, that resulted in.complete healing, so that l do not need to follow up and accordingly l am canceling my follow up appointment.
Derick in Bartlett is great, all the staff are attentive friendly and professional.
