I had been a loyal client of DeRiah Salon for five years, but after my most recent experience I will not be returning. I mistakenly arrived an hour late to an appointment and immediately apologized. While I understand and respect cancellation policies, the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily cold and unprofessional. I was also charged a $25 missed appointment fee two days later. I've been going to see Miranda for years. She's amazing for color, cuts, styling and gives great advice for product and styling techniques. I love her and I'm happy every time I visit!
It's a very nice hair boutique, but is expensive!! While waiting for my client another lady finished up and paid her bill & her hair cut was $100!!!! Thats absolutely nuts!!! Again, very nice place but I couldn't afford to get my hair cut here
