Jonah agreed to come out during the week we first connected. He didn’t come or call. I reached out for a new time and he said he would come the next week but he didn’t come or call. I reached out again to reschedule and he didn’t respond at all. I wasted three weeks waiting for this contractor while water was leaking into my home because I heard positive things, and he didn’t even have the professionalism to tell me he wasn’t coming.
Joe does excellent work. Beyond that he is trustworthy and honest!
