Absolutely think DeReus is the best. We had to wait for good weather for repairs, but it was worth the wait. We had damage from the tornado last July that could wait as it was mostly soffit that blew away and did some damage to our porch ceiling. The crew was meticulous in their clean up daily. Our porch looks fantastic now. If you can wait for them, do so, as I said they are great. Matt came and checked the progress and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They hold a high standard for those they hire.
They came out to give me a quote on work then never followed up as they said they would. I called to follow up 3x and no callback. Super disappointed.
I would not recommend them to anyone ! They Would never call back ! Matt insulted me that I was being inconsiderate to other people that was hit by by the tornado on July 15th...well I was of those people that got hit by tornado too!!! He is very unprofessional!!! The month before the tornado in june we had another storm that our tree on side of house fell on our front deck!! We called him and Luke came out and gave us a estimate for that but put us on hold til to finish that job ....finally in October they came and they did... read more
For a person who has never dealt with any major home projects, I could not have been more pleased. They were very professional, polite and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done and will definitely use them in the future if need be. Thanks guys!
Would not use again. Would not take care of problems with new roof when it was installed. Tried for several years trying to get them to take care of problems to no avail. Will not even return calls. Beware if you use them. You have never said anything about a ventilation problem or insulation. I find this hard to beleive that is the cause as for over 60 years never had a problem until the roof was redone. You came once and kooked at roof with your son and said one shingle was loose and he nailed it back down. One loose shing... read more
