Dr Means listened to my concerns professionally. Gave me some suggestions with my issues. Very happy.
Horrifying experience. First time for everything. I was just “fired” as a patient for having “rudely toned message”. I was even given a termination letter and a 30 day notice. This place is solely run by the Human Resources department and by finances. I have been forgotten about both times I visited the office waiting for test request to be filed and waiting to hear back from them about the results. I never cursed or took to insults.
