Had an excellent experience with Dr. Banks. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants & dr were very sweet, welcoming, and helpful. The office was clean and had toys for the kids to play with while they waited. My 1 year old daughter had an excellent first dentist appointment with no tears and lots of smiles! I would definitely recommend Dr. Banks.
Today was our first visit to Dr. Banks. He came out to waiting room to greet us and introduce himself. Asked about concerns and if we had questions. Very thorough visit. Great staff Highly recommend him!
Dr. Banks makes my children feel so comfortable going to the dentist. Instead of being scared to go, they look forward to dentist appointments! He could not be any better! We love Dr. Banks!
Dr. Banks is just fantastic. He is amazing at making the kids feel comfortable. When my son and daughter were nervous during their first few dental visits ever, he had no problem calming their nerves, and he even made a game of checking their teeth, and they were laughing in the end. A big win in my book. He was also great at interacting with parents and provided excellent explanations for procedures and patiently answered all my questions.
My grandchildren go to Dr. Banks and they love it. Seriously, who loves going to the dentist!?! My grandkids do! Not only is he highly skilled, he loves kids and they love him.
