If I could give a negative number of stars I would. I have never encountered a more rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, disturbing man in the medical profession in my life. His demeanor, tone, attitude are absolutely horrendous. I would not seek help if my life depended on it.
Dr. Vigil has been good. Sometimes getting through to the office is haphazard. Call backs don't happen routinely and when I hold, my call is dropped. The office staff in person are pleasant.

Worst experience every time I call this office. They could not make handling care for my grandfather any more worse or stressful. If he wasnt 83 years old and seeing Vigil for the last 10 or more years, I would be changing his doctor, still seriously considering it. You really have to know medical office protocols and be a step ahead of them or they aren't going to be able to help you and will show grief if you try to work with them to an understanding.
