I came to see Dr. Smith to help with chronic pain from many broken bones including my neck, back, and ribs. He prescribed me a service that I am seeking out side of his office. I would highly recommend Dr. smith to family and friends as I found him to be thorough, he listened to what I had to say, and provided me with another alternative to pain meds. For this I will be eternally grateful.
He had been treating me for MS for since he diagnosed me. He is always honest, straight forward, personable, and listens to my thoughts as well. He seats shows and explains my MRIs to me.
If your condition isn't textbook or MS please don't come here. Darts will get thrown and when they don't stick they fail to pursue any other possibilities or referrals. Then you receive a letter rescheduling your appointment from January to July. Honesty in the scope of practice is greatly needed here.

I met Dr. Smith today for the first time. I was most impressed that he had carefully studied my test results and the comments of other specialists and had reflected upon them. He listened attentively, gave me a new perspective, and chose a reasonable, intelligent course of action. We are fortunate to this smart, thorough, caring doctor in our area. I recommend him very highly.
Productive visit with Dr Smith who is very caring and has treated my MS for many years. He is able to hone in on what the major issue is very quickly. He set me up with 2 excellent referrals . Dr. Smith addressed non neurological health problems and got me appointments with the appropriate health providers to address them. Any health problems that I have affects my MS and puts me into a flare up. I also started seeing a social worker in his practice same day after my appointment.
Dr Smith is very personable and extremely professional! He really listens.
I’m not sure why Dr. Smith has these horrible ratings. He is an amazing doctor, extremely attentive to my needs and makes sure I’m taken care of 100%. Even altering his schedules and staying late, etc to go the extra mile to make sure my testing for my condition was done in a timely fashion. I am extremely picky when it comes to doctors but honestly, if i could give him a 10 star rating i would. He’s phenomenal!!!!
I have read the previous reviews, and frankly I’m shocked. Dr. Smith is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and in fact specializes in MS. He spends as much time as I need, which is quite a while considering that I come to my appointments with a list of questions. Dr. Smith and his staff have and continue, to go above and beyond for their patients. I would not hesitate to see him. I have been treated by Dr. Smith for several years and have complete faith in his abilities and I genuinely value his opinion.
In the approximately 15 minutes the doctor spent with me as a new patient, I found his attitude dismissive with an almost scripted speech about my condition. Towards the end of his talk/minimal exam he told me that was all he had to say, I asked him if it was ok for me to ask him questions about my condition. He did listen to my questions with offhand replies. His had copies of tests from my hospitalization for his review after he told me results he threw them in the trash in my presence.
