Excellent Dr and he has taken very good care of me.
I have NO idea what the bad reviews are talking about. I had a consult with Dr. Smith today for migraines and he was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever been to. He took the time to listen to me, answered questions, was very kind, and was able to offer solutions I hadn’t tried yet. 10 out of 10 this is the type of experience I always hope for when seeing a new docgor. Highly recommend.
I see Dr Smith for MS! He is very knowledgeable and approachable! He listens to your concerns and gives guidance on what can be done! Might not be what I want to hear but he puts everything in perspective! I've had MS for 26 years and 3 years ago my original neurologist left! It was tough on me but Dr Smith did win me over! Highly recommend for his knowledge and compassion!
I have been a long time patient of this group. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable in his field and I trust him completely and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
He discriminated against my Worker’s Comp Insurance saying he would not order test because they probably wouldn’t approve it anyway. Out of a 40 minute evaluation, he was only in the room for maybe 10 to 15 minutes. He put false information on my medical notes and left out a lot of important symptoms.
Dr.Smith is charming personality and very attentive. He took the time to answer my questions and get me help. They are very helpful and nice here.
Took me a couple of visits to get use to Dr Smith but I'm all in now! He knows his MS! He has sense of humor which makes for a more comfortable visit! He makes sure all your questions are answered and if you don't agree with something he says or wants done he will compromise. Great bedside manner, had reviewed my records and tests before he got in the room and then asked ME which issue was most important and where I wanted to start. He spent the time going over additional questions and things that might be increasing my migraines (1 of 4 topics). He was wonderful and I was terrified to go back to this office as the neurosurgeon I met with before Dr Smiths appointment was the exact opposite with no sense of humor when talking through a potentially very serious condition. Dr. Smith is rude and dismissive, and he won't get on the phone or answer any questions for you unless you are in his office and can be billed for it. When you do see him, he just broods in the corner like the reason you are there is specifically to ruin his day. Then he throws your lab results in the trash can! "Do no harm" does not mean "DO NOTHING." Leaving Dr. Smith's care might have been the best thing I ever did for myself.
