I cannot express enough my deep gratitude for Derek's expertise in getting my house sold quickly. Derek is the best. I was looking to buy my first house. He walked me through the process, and explained all the details. Yes, I asked lots of questions. Not only was he patient, he really listened to what I was looking for, what amenities were non-negotiable and the 6th house we looked at was it.
