I have never received such poor unprofessional customer service from an office manager at this office Stacy. I had an appointment for my son today, and was denied service for an old bill from September of $7.52 if not payed today, I explained I never received a bill from your office nor did I receive an EOB from the insurance saying that I owed that balance otherwise I would have payed it, I always keep in contact with your biller Violet and I pay my bills as they come to me. The front desk isn't friendly or curtious they don't even acknowledge you. Every time I've gone it's been a different person who is training so the appointment takes longer than needed. Seems like these doctors and nurses are still training and learning and they are not going to use my child as a guinea pig!
