My experience was wonderful. Dr. Hiltz took great interest in my condition and provided me with insight for my continued care and recovery. I’ll be returning.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Derek Hiltz, DO was deeply disappointing. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we felt rushed and dismissed. Dr. Hiltz entered the room with a pre-signed allergy prescription and showed little interest in hearing the full scope of my wife’s symptoms. I agree completely with all of the negative reviews. He is the rudest and unprofessional dr I’ve ever been to in my life. He said “if I wouldn’t stop seeing my specialists that we could not be friends and he will not treat me”. My wife and I have been going to this office for many years and have always been pleased with the doctors and staff. I hope they get rid of him and bring in the best doctors that they have always had. I will not ever see him again.
I have been a patient of Dr Hiltz for over 10yrs. He has consistently addressed my issues and I am extremely pleased and grateful for the care he has given me. He listens to my questions and always has addressed my needs with competence and compassion. Thanks Doc.
Dr.Hiltz listens, is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I find him very intelligent and thoughtful. I am so glad that I decided to judge him myself and disregarded the negative posts. Dr. Hiltz and his staff are professional and best of all kind.
