Derek is an absolute gem and we could not be happier with our experience working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with us. We are first time homebuyers and did not know much about the process and Derek helped us feel confident and reassured us the whole way through. Derek DeWolf is an excellent realtor for both buying and selling, he is always going above and beyond for his clients. His recommendations were perfect, and helped me sell my Condo for as much as possible in a very difficult market, as well as helping others in my family get a great offer over list for their house.
