The wife and I shopped all over for the perfect home. Once Derek found us this PERFECT HOME and we went into contract, BOOM Covid-19 hit 2 days later so we panicked and cancelled the contract. Fast forward to May starting with Derek showing us more homes since we saw we were safe, all of them sucked that were available lol.
