He does not listen to patients. I was a patient of the office and my doc was out so he was covering. I live with gout and had my first attack on my right hand knuckles. I was already taking meds but had a spike and I asked for the steroid shot I get every couple of years and he wouldn't. This is now what my knuckle looks like for life. Very ageist and rude. Assumed I was making up complaints. I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder during a hospitalization after seeing him a few days prior. Not a nice man. Left office in tears on one or more occasions.
Reception is outright rude. She will hang up on you without a reason.
