Working with Derek was the best real estate experience I have had to date. We sold our home first on the market...but only because he had a plan and strategy. He used high-quality materials (Flyers and attractive signage), he is easy to talk to, quick to respond and guides you through the processes at every step. And always a gentleman! Also, if you want to improve your experience, be a partner. Do not expect these results if you have not cared for your product properly...do your part.

Great experience with Derek! Buying a house feels very time sensitive, and he was always available to show us houses and work around our schedule.
