Always great customer service. I got my engagement ring there over 2 years ago, and they custom made it, I get compliments on it all the time. It took me 6 months to find the perfect center stone and they were extremely patient and accommodating. Every time I come in I'm greeted with excellent customer service, they always take care of me. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.
We purchased my engagement ring with John Sarmiento over 10 years ago. Asscher cut on platinum x prong setting. John is the best salesperson! Love the after service Derco provides. I will be going back for an upgrade.
