It was my first time at the Derby & I wanted to do it right. Derby Box performed and made it an experience we will never forget. Two boxes literally on the finshline. I plan on going back and i plan on using Derby Box. Thanks for the trip of a lifetime!
We went through Derby Box for our trip to the Kentucky Derby. It was number 1 on my bucket list and Derby Box was amazing, from the hotel in downtown Louisville, transportation to both the Oaks and the Derby, and wonderful seats both days! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use them again if we return!
BEWARE! Other sites list prices for Friday and Saturday combined but theirs shows prices separately. Got all the way to the Derby and realized we paid a lot for just 1 day and then had to buy tickets at the gate. Check prices carefully. When I emailed, I got a very snarky and rude response.
Absolutely the worst company I've ever tried to work with I've been going to the derby for 25 years thought I'd give Doug a chance boy was that a terrible mistake I bought a box of 6 now three of my party can not attend do to 3 of them losing there jobs & 1 of them losing there home Doug would not work with me on a refund I offered him to keep 10% of my money he said not a chance he keeps 30% absolutely terrible business & terrible business man all you people out there just buy your tickets from derby experience you can't go... read more
Would never recommend this outfit….. they refuse to give refunds! Worse company we have ever dealt with! Bad outfit!
